4 wheeling

Monday was President's Day which meant no school for the kids.
So we made a responsible decision & Brian called into work.
We went to the dunes and went riding with a couple friends.

Greyson was happy and so in love! He kept making motor noises. It was so cute.

Tanner had a blast riding all by himself and Carson took his turn too.

He was a little nervous and even fell off once! But he did good and had fun.

Crew had fun on the little battery operated 4 wheeler, playing in the dirt and throwing rocks.

Greyson was happiest just eating dirt!!

Brian's birthday

2.13.11

Sunday Feburary 13th was Brian's birthday. It was a normal day.
Went to church. Brian and Tanner went to chior practice.
This was their first time. I think they liked it.
Had dinner at my dad and mom's house.
Then had the rest of the family over for ice cream sundaes and to sing happy birthday.
We gave Brian his presents on Saturday since the boys couldn't wait one more day. haha!
He got some new basketball shorts, work shoes and some ammo.
It was a good day.
So good we didn't even take one picture. What is my problem?

Greyson is happiest when both dad and mom are home.
He will be so good in the morning. He will play by himself and be happy.
Once Brian leaves he will come to me and cry .
He will want to be held. He will follow me around holding onto my legs until he gets his way.
And this will be my cranky boy A L L D A Y L O N G!!!!
It gets old really fast.
I loose my patience a lot of times.
I get frustrated because I can't get anything done.
I am behind on everything in my life. laundry. work. housework. blogging.
You get the idea?
I feel like I am a crazy lady!!

We all can't wait for daddy to get home.
Well I think I want him home the most.




Then when daddy comes home. This is what I see again.
He is happy and all smiles.

Feburary 2nd

The boys woke up this morning & wanted to turn on the news.
They needed to know if the groundhog saw his shadow.
They were happy to learn that he did not.

Called to wish Cherine a happy birthday!!
Don't remember much about the day other then.....
I was able to go out to dinner for Jen's birthday.
We had dinner at Max Brenner.
It was so yummy and of course lots of FUN!!!

Happy Birthday Jen!
I don't know what I would do without her in my life.
She puts up with me and my crazy life.....and still loves me.
I Love you!!

Grandma's 90th birthday party

We celebrated Grandma's birthday on Sunday.
She turned 90!
We ate mexican food for dinner. (her favorite)
We sang happy birthday and the kids helped blow out candles (their favorite)

All her grandkids and great grandkids wrote her a letter or drew her a picture.
Then Dylan made a book for her.
It was really nice. And I think she really likes it.
All the great grandkids wanted to show her their picture.
Then they all sang some primary songs for her.
It was a fun night!

I am so thankful for my Grandma. She is such a great person and a great example to me. I have so many great memories & I am thankful that my kids will have memories of her too.

Pinewood Derby

Tanner had his pinewood derby last week.

He was pretty excited about his car. Brian actually let him do most of it by himself.

He was really excited about spray painting all by himself!

His car was not fast at all but it looked sweet.

He won best paint job.
